1LIFE Run Club kicks off every Saturday morning at 8:30 AM at James Lee Park (by the Crab Trap)
Here’s how it goes
-Group warm-up + a quick 1-minute goofy dance
-About a 3 mile casual run (accordion-style — no one left behind)
-Vibes blasting from a speaker the whole way
-Beach hangs + coffee after if you’re down
What you need to know
-It’s free.
-All paces are welcome.
-Bring a towel. Bring a friend. Bring the good energy. Or just bring yourself.
