No time requirements. No experience needed. Bring yourself, wear shoes you can run in, and show up ready to have a good time.

We run together then turn around and do it all over again the next week.

The Run
We run a 5K out to Pappano Joe's and back to the Crab Trap. We stop midway so everyone can catch up, then head back together.

Coffee after every week. Some of the best conversations happen here.
