Morning.

Alarm. Snooze. Grab phone. Check social media. Jump out of bed. Rush to get ready. Try on three outfits. Grab processed sugary breakfast. Hop in car. Turn on radio. Speed to destination.
Sound familiar?
Then you think to yourself, “I hope today is a good day.”
What kind of energy are you bringing into your day?
Could this be more intentional?
The truth is, you aren’t giving yourself a fighting chance.
The first moments of the day influence how we think, feel, and react.
Sure, you might have a good day regardless. But what if I told you that you could design your mornings to consistently create GREAT days?
It all starts with one word. Intention.
Think about the best morning you’ve ever had. You might have woken up with the sun on your face, feeling refreshed. Or perhaps it was a slow weekend morning, sipping coffee on the porch, listening to birds. Maybe it was a moment of deep connection with someone you love, or simply being in a space that felt peaceful and energizing.
Whether we realize it or not, we all have a routine. The question is, are you designing it, or is it designing you?
Let’s begin.
How can you take what made that morning special and bring a piece of it into your daily life?
Now let’s bridge the gap between your current mornings and the ones you want to create.
The best mornings begin with intention.
For me, a great morning looks like this.
Wake up with plenty of time.
Hydrate.
Wash face.
Morning sun.
Movement.
Set intentions.
Eat fruit.
This takes less than 30 minutes but completely shifts the trajectory of my day.
Now, what about you?
What small shift can you make tomorrow?
Five minutes of stillness?
A glass of water?
A slow stretch?
My challenge to you.
If I could suggest just one small shift to begin designing your mornings with intention, wake up 15 minutes earlier.
For the first five minutes, do nothing. Just be. These five minutes will begin shaping your life. They will shift your reality. They will begin to form clarity and intention in your days.
There is great beauty of a morning beyond the sunrise.
Every morning is an opportunity. An open door to step into the life you want to create.
What will you do with yours?
One Life.
With love,
Ethan
